After obtaining MA in Race and Ethnic Relations at the University of Warwick, UK, Yoshihara joined IGS as a chief administrator of the 21 COE Program “Frontier of Gender Studies” project office. Combining office-work skills acquired from her previous jobs and knowledge on multidisciplinary studies gained at the graduate school, she now takes a central role of the IGS main office management, including international exchange administration and the documentation of project outcomes.

Office management, budget management, external relations management, overseas visiting professor invitation procedure and activity support, symposia, seminars and student exchange programmes management and project outcome documentation.
